Beaumont Health Foundation has been a favorite partner of ours over the years. We’ve helped with many different design, print, and mailing services to help with their fundraising goals for many healthcare initiatives. This particular year-end appeal project incorporated the Grigg team to work together from start to finish produce a successful appeal.
From the initial strategy, to the design concepts, straight over to mailing services and then to our printing department, we were able to accomplish this:
- Strategy and concept planning
- Design of letter, donation card and envelope
- Printing of 5,000 4-part donation packages
- Customized letters to each person on donor list, different versions to different donors
- Customized donation cards based on previous donation by donors
- Customized envelopes to donors
- Mailing services
