Anchoring the up-and-coming Milwaukee Junction and North End area of Detroit is Chroma, one of the warmest and most interactive coworking spaces in the city. After learning about Chroma during a recent event, Stuart Grigg and Tom Wilkinson toured the facility and determined that it would be the perfect fit for a satellite business and meeting location for Grigg.
Chroma’s inventive and modern space offers coworking, meeting, event, and traditional office facilities, supported by a suite of professional services. Tom maintains a dedicated desk in the facility, which enables our team to utilize Chroma’s bright and welcoming video conference and meeting rooms. Chroma also offers regular networking events, collaboration opportunities, and partners with Menace Media to provide podcast and audio recording facilities to its members.
“As we researched a possible satellite location for Grigg, we just couldn’t find anything else quite like Chroma in Detroit,” Tom shared. “Not only does it offer exceptional services at an affordable price, the on-site staff is supportive, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. We’re looking forward to attending more events and hosting our Detroit-based clients in this inspiring space soon.”
Local private development firm The Platform completed a full building rehab in 2020, making Chroma a key influence in the revitalization of the area. Of particular note is that the location features the stunning “Girl With the D Earring” mural on its west facade, which The Platform commissioned from Detroit artist Syndey G. James. The Milwaukee Junction and North End neighborhoods host a variety of non-profit and creative businesses, rendering it a perfect fit for Grigg as we grow and develop our relationships in these sectors.
